Given how time consuming the Studio Project has been I ended up having 2 weeks to work on this! So I decided to do something with mechs. Because who doesn't love mechs. I started by looking a designs and concepts by other artists to give me a better idea on how to approach my own designs. I particularly liked this design as it wasn't overly complicated. The pilot area is pretty straight forward and I love the design on the legs. Though I can't imagine how they would look if it was animated. https://rickystinger88.deviantart.com/ Work by Stefan Misirdzhiev Work by Michael Maurino https://www.artstation.com/ironstylus These designs are more along the lines of what I was thinking. Work by Martin Demeter This is an old animation but I thought the design of the legs was clever and how they move when the mech walks. And of course D.VA's mech from Overwatch. I think it has a really nice design but I honestly hate the way it moves in it's animation, which you can see in the video below. Also D.VA must have an extremely sore neck from being in that position when piloting.

Nicely explained the topic, same as you mention about is quite popular these days. 3D animations involve the creation of moving images within a three-dimensional digital environment. Using specialized software, artists model, texture, rig, and animate objects and characters in virtual space. These animations can range from simple motion graphics to complex cinematic sequences. Widely utilized in film, gaming, architectural visualization, and advertising, 3D animations offer immersive storytelling experiences and are essential for conveying ideas, narratives, and concepts with depth and realism.
